Getting ready to hang the show.

If you can’t tell, I love blue. But not just any blue. Ultramarine has really captured my attention this year. I have been working on a series of blue monochromatic works on paper. This show features 6 of my newest works.

The paintings will be on display at the Fine Arts Building on Friday, June 14th, from 4 to 8 pm.

On a symbolic level Blue is becoming one of the defining colors of this century. As political and environmental stresses escalate this color becomes more charged by the day. Below are the 6 paintings included in the show.
